Chicano: Style explores the ideas of a community of people that connect through experience, heritage, hardships, cultural identity, pride, and through STYLE.

“Ni de aqui, ni de alla / Neither from here, nor from there” A people always trying to find their way, creating their own voice, their own STYLE.  This exhibit aims to celebrate the diverse and individual interpretations of Chicano/a/x style and all the themes tied to it.

FIRST FRIDAY EXHIBIT OPENING
Celebrate the opening of our Annual Chicano Art Exhibit with great food, local vendors, fun music and amazing art.

CHICANO CLAY WORKSHOP
In appreciation of Chicano Culture and celebrating its vast history and connection to ancestral and indigenous roots: Students will be able to create figurative sculptures using hand building techniques. 

All levels of experience are welcomed, materials are provided. 
Cost: $30 per person | Age: Adults (17 & above)
