Visions with Hope

Visions with Hope 360° ("Visión con Esperanza 360°") 

This program assists Latino families who have a child with a developmental disability understand their child’s disability, locate resources, and gain support from a parent support group.  Families get support from other Latino families who also have a child with a developmental disability.  Case managers and family advocates assist families in identifying their needs for services and connect them to resources that meet their needs. The Visionaries program works under the umbrella of Visions with Hope 360º and serves Latino young adults with developmental disabilities.  The young adults receive transitional services and independent living and social skills trainings.  These skills are taught through meaningful activities involving art, computers, sports and volunteerism.  Visionaries is focused on individual strengths and helps build self esteem and self confidence in the young adults.  Visionaries Brochure
